Low-consistency refiner plates

Pulping and detrashing service
ANDRITZ pulper services are designed to increase capacity and improve energy consumption. Components such as rotors and screen/extraction plates are available for ANDRITZ, Voith, KBC, and other brands of pulpers, secondary pulpers, and disc sorters.
Dewatering
Dewatering of recycled fiber pulps to high dryness with high throughputs by the use of pulp screw presses and/or twin wire presses
Refiner service
ANDRITZ offers rebuilds, spare parts, upgrades, and on-site services for equipment from virtually any OEM.
Disc filter service
ANDRITZ disc filter and Polydisc services encompass a variety of products from advanced sector technology, to filter bags, to smart upgrades for all models regardless of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Screw press service
Our screw press service includes upgrades, repairs, and spare and wear parts for ANDRITZ, Thune, Krima, FKC, and Celleco screw presses.
Plug screw feeder
As an OEM of heavy-duty compression devices like Plug Screw Feeders and Impressafiners, ANDRITZ has the knowledge and state-of-the-art refurbishment methods to extend the service life of the equipment
