ANDRITZ (Wuxi) Nonwoven Technology Co. Ltd. is located in Wuxi New District, Jiangsu, China. Covering 8,500 sqm the site hosts manufacturing, service, and R&D for the nonwovens industry. The state-of-the-art technical center has both an industrial scale needlepunch line and a service roll center. Highly skilled process engineers stand as our customers’ partners for product development, trials and overhauling of rolls for nonwoven and textile processes.
Based on European technology, ANDRITZ (Wuxi) Nonwoven Technology offers full line solutions, for example the neXline spunlace aXcess. This complete spunlace production line includes an ANDRITZ carding system and a Jetlace Avantage hydroentanglement unit – a concept designed for the production of lightweight fabrics at low operating costs. Our turnkey solutions also include equipment for needlepunch and thermobonding processes like ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer), filtration, automotive, geotextile, and coating substrate applications.
The ANDRITZ aXcess line portfolio – offered, manufactured, and assembled at Wuxi – targets emerging markets worldwide and focuses on producers with medium capacity.
