ANDRITZ Jetlace technology is the heart of every hydroentanglement unit. The cylinder with the injectors is the key performer in this process step in every spunlace and wetlace line.
ANDRITZ now offers a new generation of the cylinder with significantly improved maintenance and product care features.
The design concept of the new cylinder is based on the goal of avoiding unnecessary dismantling of parts. To remove the lintels, the sleeves and the drum remain in place and the inner suction pipe can be cleaned much more easily through front ports.
Cleaning is faster and more efficient, and this directly benefits product quality and significantly reduces downtime. The new bearing design also means less work to assemble the cylinder and, therefore, less stress for the maintenance staff.
